* Stock: Northwood Country Club is a membership-owned organization. Ownership is maintained by the one-time investment of a single share of voting stock per membership. The investment price of the one share is $250.00, payable in 5 equal installments of $50 over 5 years.
** Installment payments are to be made as follows: Total the yearly annual fees (plus installment late fee, stock purchase, cart house, or trail fees if applicable), divide into 3 separate checks dated April 30, 2026; June 15, 2026; August 15, 2026. Submit all 3 payments on or before April 30, 2026. Early payment dates will be enforced. No exceptions.
